If you love and enjoy Thai food, come and learn how to prepare and cook traditional dishes at the Tawana Culinary Arts food preparation training centre in a series of interesting and well presented lessons that are designed for everyone whether beginners or experienced cooks. Moming and afternoon classes conducted by our experienced instructors are available daily for up to 10 students. You can sign up for as many days as you wish and even arrange for private lessons if you register in advance

Thai mothers often start teaching their children about food preparation and cooking at an early age it usually results in their having a lifelong interest in the subject. We are sure you will find our lessons have a similar appeal as you discover how interesting and enjoyable Thai culinary art can be. The recipes which you will learn to prepare are for popular and traditional dishes that utilise herbs and spices or which Thai food is famous and that can now be found in most Asian food stores in countries around the world so that you will have no problem in obtaining them for making these tasty dishes at home.

The curriculum includes :

Everyone who completes this training course will receive a Tawana Culinary Arts Certificate, an attractive souvenir apron, recipe sheets, a gift voucher for a meal in one of our hotel restaurants and a gift set.

Thai Culinary Arts is equipped with the finest facilities for the teaching of Thai cooking including a modern kitchen class room, a gas cooker, a wok and plenty of work space for every student.
